About These Terms

These terms apply when you use enchantedgardenshop.com, operated by Enchanted Garden Shop Boutique, Florist and Counseling Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit located at 1784 E Main St, Grass Valley, CA 95945. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Using This Site

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access restricted areas such as the admin dashboard, or submit false information through our forms.

Class Signups and Payment

When you sign up for an Art Design Class, you’re reserving a seat and, where a class has a fee, agreeing to pay the listed price through PayPal at checkout. Prices, dates, and availability are set by us and may change. Seats are held on a first-come, first-served basis based on completed payment.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, contact us as soon as possible at info@enchantedgardenshop.com. We consider cancellation, refund, and transfer requests on a case-by-case basis and will work with you when we can.

Events and Vendor Spots

Submitting a vendor spot request through the Events page doesn’t guarantee a spot at an event. We review requests and will follow up if there’s a fit.

Donations

Donations made through our PayPal giving link support our programs and are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us and we’ll do what we can to help.

Boutique and Florist Purchases

Our Boutique features consignment items available in person at our shop. Florist orders and delivery are handled through our separate florist storefront at enchantedgardenshopflorist.com (powered by BloomNation), which has its own terms and policies.

Content and Intellectual Property

The text, photos, and design on this site belong to Enchanted Garden Shop unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Links to Other Sites

This site links to third-party sites we don’t control, including our florist storefront, PayPal, and organizations listed on our Resources page. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

No Warranty

This site and its content are provided as is. We do our best to keep information accurate and the site running smoothly, but we don’t guarantee it will always be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Enchanted Garden Shop isn’t liable for damages arising from your use of this site, beyond the amount you paid us, if any, in the transaction giving rise to the claim.
